Delivery: to address specified by lessee (customer). Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit at approximately specified times.
1. DEFINITIONS
One Man Revolution: One Man Revolution LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, insurers, and affiliates.
Premises: Any location-indoor or outdoor-where equipment is delivered, set up, used, loaded, or unloaded, including parks, venues, private property, or adjacent areas.
Participant: Anyone who interacts with the equipment or takes part in activities.
Activities: Includes but is not limited to Nerf battles, inflatable games, lawn games, sound systems, game shows, foam machines, blacklight parties, and other party rentals.
Agreement Term: This agreement remains valid for 24 months unless revoked in writing.
2. INHERENT RISKS
Activities involve physical exertion, projectiles, inflatables, uneven surfaces, and weather exposure. Risks include slips, falls, impacts, overheating, electrical hazards, and other injuries that may result in serious harm or death. You voluntarily assume all risks, whether obvious or not.
3. HEALTH & MEDICAL
You confirm that you and any minors are physically fit to participate and are not exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness.
You release One Man Revolution from liability for communicable diseases unless caused by gross negligence.
You authorize emergency medical treatment and accept full responsibility for associated costs.
4. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
All third-party providers are independent and not agents of One Man Revolution.
Vendors must carry appropriate insurance, including general liability coverage.
You agree that One Man Revolution is not responsible for any vendor's actions or equipment.
Unsafe vendor equipment or behavior may be removed without refund.
5. RESTRICTED AREAS
Participants must not enter trailers, storage areas, or interfere with inflation equipment or "staff-only" zones. Violation may result in ejection or legal action.
6. CONDUCT & SUPERVISION
Follow all safety instructions. Misuse or reckless behavior may result in injury or damages. Equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.

Minors must be supervised at all times.
Closed-toe shoes are required; no flip-flops, cleats, or unsafe clothing.
Alcohol or drug use during participation is strictly prohibited.
Weather-related cancellations are at One Man Revolution's sole discretion and may be rescheduled.
Participant is liable for cleaning fees due to excess mess or biohazards.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, & COVENANT NOT TO SUE
You acknowledge and accept:
- All inherent risks of participating in activities.
- Responsibility for your own actions and the actions of minors under your supervision.
- An agreement not to sue One Man Revolution for injuries arising from risks that are inherent or caused by your own actions.
- Claims caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct are not waived.
8. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
You are responsible for lost or damaged equipment beyond normal wear.
You agree to indemnify One Man Revolution for damages to third-party venues caused by your group.
You waive any right to seek punitive damages.
One Man Revolution is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during your event.
Any injury must be reported on-site before leaving.
9. TRANSFER / HOLD HARMLESS
Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Man Revolution LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, insurers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Participant further agrees that if equipment is transferred, subleased, or loaned to another party, all obligations, risks, and liabilities under this Agreement automatically transfer to and remain the responsibility of the original Participant who signed this Agreement.
This hold harmless clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Pennsylvania law and will survive the completion of the event.
10. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE & PRIVACY
You consent to the use of photos or video from events for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
Personal data may be stored in accordance with privacy laws and will not be sold or shared.
11. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL VENUE
This Agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law, and any legal dispute will be handled exclusively in the appropriate county or state court in Somerset County, PA. No jury trial or class action waivers are enforced unless mutually agreed upon after a dispute arises.
12. REPRESENTATIONS
By signing, you affirm:
- You are 18 or older, or the legal guardian of the participating minor(s).
- All information provided is truthful.
- You understand this agreement and are signing it voluntarily.
